Thank you for shopping with A Warriors Trade. Every item we create is handmade with intention, care, and craftsmanship. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and deliver your order.

 

1. Processing Times
All items are handmade, so processing times may vary.
•     Standard processing time: 2–5 business days
•     Busy periods or custom items: May take slightly longer
•     You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched
We always aim to send your items as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the UK (and internationally if enabled).
Estimated delivery times:

•     UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
•     UK Tracked Delivery: 1–3 business days
•     International Delivery: 7–21 business days (varies by location)
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, weather, strikes, or customs processing.

 

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
•     Your location
•     The weight and size of your order
•     The shipping method selected
We aim to keep shipping costs fair and transparent.

 

4. Packaging & Care

All items are packaged with care to ensure they arrive safely.
•     Fragile items are wrapped securely
•     Eco‑friendly packaging is used where possible
•     We may reuse clean packaging materials to reduce waste
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

 

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
•     We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses
•     If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it

 

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed:
•     Please contact us so we can investigate
•     We may open a claim with the courier
•     Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case‑by‑case basis

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for:
•     Customs fees
•     Import taxes
•     Duties charged by their country
These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.
