At A Warriors Trade, every item is handmade with care, intention, and craftsmanship. We want you to feel confident and supported when shopping with us. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items, provided that:
• The item is unused and in its original condition
• It is returned within 14 days of delivery
• It is not a custom or personalised item

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Because of their nature, the following items are non‑returnable:
• Custom or personalised items
• Digital downloads
• Sale or clearance items
• Items damaged after delivery
• Used or altered products

3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the item and packaging
• We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund
We always package items with care, but we will support you if something goes wrong in transit.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
• We will notify you of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank
Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items if:
• The item is returned in original condition
• The requested replacement is in stock
If the replacement is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery
We cannot refund items lost during return transit.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
